The key capability of OSSTD-PRM is the automatic generation of baseline and proposed building models in accordance with the ASHRAE 90.1 2019 Appendix G Performance Rating Method. OSSTD-PRM holds significant potential for extending this capability to encompass a wide range of other codes. The ongoing development of the OSSTD-PRM will introduce additional features in future releases while continuously refining existing measures.
